All requests to schedule NJCHIP EVENTS are made through our website. Not all events requested are approved as equipment and manpower may not be available on the day requested. The location or venue may not be suitable for holding an event. You will be contacted to review your request. It is also necessary to schedule your event as early as you can due to the influx of events that  are requested. Remember, events are schedukes on a first come first serve basis.
